• Named "Middle School Physical Education Teacher of the Year" by the New Hampshire Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (NHAPHERD)
• 1981, 1986, 1987 Mayflower Conference Coach of the Year

• 1987 NAIA New England Region Coach of the Year
• 1991, 1995 New England Collegiate Conference Coach of the Year
• 1995 NCAA II Regional Coach of the Year
• Inducted in the Franklin Pierce University Athletics Hall of Fame as a Coach (2009)
• Inducted in the ConVal High School Athletics Hall of Fame as an Athlete, Coach, and Contributor to ConVal Athletics (2011)
• 2012 named one of "50 Most Influential Persons to the Franklin Pierce University Athletic Department"
• 2012 School Board Chairman's Award for Outstanding Contributions to the ConVal School District
